Lasagna Cups

Who doesn't love pasta?

These little lasagna cups by Fitness Food Diva are a healthy, mess-free, and super yummy alternative to making a big tray.

Perfect for lunch boxes, events or even for before and after dance. They will become your favourite quick recipe food!


- 24 wonton wrappers

- 250 grams lean ground turkey

- 2 cups marinara sauce

- 400g ricotta cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt​

- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Fresh flat leaf parsley for sprinkling on top (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.

  2. Spray 2 standard 12 cup muffin tins with cooking spray

  3. In a large pan, brown the turkey. Season it with salt and pepper

  4. When the turkey is cooked, pour it into a large bowl and mix through the marinara sauce.

  5. In a smaller bowl, stir the ricotta cheese, salt, parsley, basil, black pepper, and garlic powder together until thoroughly combined.

  6. Grate the mozzarella cheese.

  7. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup (it forms a cup to hold the filling).

  8. Place a teaspoon of the meat sauce into the bottom of wonton wrapper.

  9. Add a teaspoon of the ricotta cheese mixture on top of the meat sauce.

  10. Add another teaspoon of meat sauce on top of the ricotta.

  11. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on each, then place them in the oven.

  12. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until cheese is melted and edges of the wonton wrappers are golden brown).

  13. Top with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
