You are welcome to exchange items that you have purchased within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email us at dance.zone@bigpond.com with proof of purchase and we will process your exchange. Please note that the returned item will only be accepted if it is in resellable condition with original tags attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Once the item is received, and Dance Zone has deemed the item resellable, the item which you are exchanging with will be dispatched, the cost of which will be covered by the customer. For hygiene reasons, hoisery and underwear are strictly non-returnable.



Dance Zone does not issue refunds except where applicable under Australian Consumer Law. That is, we do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.


If you believe an item you have purchased from us is faulty please call us on 08 8337 6737 or email us at dance.zone@bigpond.com. Please note that you must provide proof of purchase and that the item must be deemed faulty by the manufacturer for any further action to be taken. Return postage will be covered by the customer, and in the case the faulty item is deemed so, any postage amounts you have paid will be reimbursed by us on presentation of a receipt. 

For any minor faults as deemed by the manufacturer, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion. We will provide a refund in the case of a major fault or if the item is no longer available and not able to be fixed within an appropriate amount of time. 

Please note that certain items have a wear time and are not expected to have a long life. Delicate items must be treated as such and will not be replaced due to mishandling.

Shipping prices are a flat rate of $11 for standard shipping or $14 for express.

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post by the next business day. Standard Shipping is estimated between 3-7 days delivery. Express Shipping is estimated between 1 - 3 days delivery. These timeframes are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
